Shipping & Delivery Policy
At AURA, we are keen. STORE to process and ship your orders with the best quality and as quickly as possible. This policy explains the shipping and delivery mechanism and the expected duration of receiving orders.
1. Charging Zones
We provide shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to cities and regions covered by our authorized shipping companies.
Delivery capability or duration may vary depending on the city, region, or shipping company available.
2. Application processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation and payment has been received, and the processing time does not include public holidays, holidays, or offer and pressure periods.
During sale, campaign, or holiday seasons, orders may take longer than usual to process.
3. Expected delivery time
Within major cities: 2 to 4 working days after the order is delivered to the shipping company.
Rest of the cities and regions: approximately 3 to 7 working days after the order is delivered to the shipping company.
These periods are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping company, address, push times, or circumstances beyond the store's control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be shown to the customer at the time of order completion and before payment.
The Store may provide free shipping when certain offers are available or when the order reaches a certain limit indicated in the Store.
Shipping charges are non-refundable if the return is due to the customer's wishes, and will only be refunded if the reason for the return is a mistake from the store or a defect in the product after checking the condition.
5. Delivery Data
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the delivery details correctly, including name, mobile number, city, neighborhood, and detailed address.
The Store is not responsible for the delay or failure of delivery caused by an error in address, the customer's failure to respond to the shipping company, or the customer's unavailability when attempting delivery.
In the event that the shipment is returned due to incorrect data or the customer does not receive it, the customer may incur the return shipping charges.
6. Order Tracking
After the order is shipped, the customer is provided with the tracking number or shipping notification whenever it is available from the shipping company, and the customer can follow up on the status of the shipment through the authorized shipping company.
7. Shipping delay
Delays may occur beyond the store's control due to shipping company conditions, weather conditions, seasons, public holidays, or any emergency circumstances.
In case of unusual delays, the customer can contact customer service to follow up on the status of the order.
8. Receiving the order
When you receive the order, please ensure the safety of the packaging and the product. In case of obvious damage to the shipment or a mistake in the product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt with the order number and clear photos of the problem.
9. International Shipping
Currently, the focus is on shipping within Saudi Arabia. If international shipping is available later, available countries, fees and expected duration will be indicated in-store or during the checkout.
