Welcome to the AURA store. STORE. By using this website or placing any purchase order through it, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website or completing your purchase.

1. Introducing the Store

AURA.STORE هو متجر إلكتروني متخصص في تقديم مكملات غذائية طبيعية، وعلى رأسها أقراص AURA المضغ التي تجمع بين الكافيين الطبيعي، إل-ثيانين، وفيتاميني ب6 وب12، كبديل عملي لمشروبات الطاقة والقهوة التقليدية. نحرص على تقديم منتجات مدروسة الجودة، مع تجربة تسوق واضحة وسهلة لعملائنا.

2. Acceptance of Terms

يُعد استخدامك للموقع أو تسجيلك فيه أو إتمامك لأي طلب شراء موافقة صريحة منك على هذه الشروط والأحكام، وعلى أي سياسات أخرى منشورة في المتجر، بما في ذلك سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وسياسة الشحن والتوصيل وسياسة الخصوصية.

3. طبيعة المنتج وإخلاء المسؤولية الصحية

  • منتجات AURA هي مكملات غذائية وليست بديلاً عن نظام غذائي متوازن أو عن استشارة طبية.
  • المنتج يحتوي على كافيين طبيعي (40 ملغم لكل قرص تقريبًا)، لذا لا يُنصح باستخدامه للفئات التالية دون استشارة طبيب:
    • الحوامل والمرضعات
    • الأطفال دون 18 عامًا
    • مرضى القلب أو ضغط الدم أو الحساسية تجاه الكافيين
    • من يتناولون أدوية قد تتفاعل مع الكافيين
  • يُنصح بعدم تجاوز الجرعة اليومية الموصى بها الموضحة على عبوة المنتج.
  • لا تُعد المعلومات المنشورة على الموقع بديلاً عن استشارة أخصائي تغذية أو طبيب مختص، وأي ادعاءات حول الفوائد تعكس الغرض العام من مكونات المنتج ولا تُغني عن الاستشارة الطبية الفردية.

4. المنتجات والأسعار

نحرص على عرض المنتجات بأوصاف وصور وأسعار واضحة قدر الإمكان. ومع ذلك، قد تختلف تفاصيل التغليف أو الشكل الظاهري بشكل بسيط نتيجة اختلاف إضاءة التصوير أو إعدادات الشاشات أو تحديثات التعبئة من المصنّع.

The Store reserves the right to modify the prices, offers or products available at any time without prior notice, and this does not affect orders that have been confirmed in advance, unless there is a clear error in price or description.

5. الطلبات والدفع

Upon completion of the order, the customer must enter correct and complete details, including name, mobile number, and address. The customer is responsible for any delay or failure in delivery as a result of incorrect or incomplete data entry.

The order is confirmed after the payment has been completed or according to the payment method available in the store. In the event that the order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, such as the product is out of stock or there is a data error, the Store has the right to contact the customer to amend or cancel the order and refund the amount paid when needed.

6. إلغاء الطلب

The customer can request to cancel the order before it is processed or delivered to the shipping company. After the order is processed or delivered to the shipping company, it will be handled according to the exchange and return policy approved by the store.

The Store reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an error in the price or availability of the product, or in case of suspicion of irregular operation or incorrect data.

7. الشحن والتوصيل

Orders are shipped according to the shipping and delivery policy published in the store. Delivery time is estimated and may vary depending on city, shipping company, push times, seasonal offers, or circumstances beyond the store's control.

The Store is not responsible for the delay caused by the shipping company, the customer's non-response to the delivery representative, or the incorrect address entry.

8. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

All exchange and return requests are subject to the policy published in the store. The customer must check the condition of the product upon receipt, and in case of a defect or error in the order, you must contact customer service within the period specified in the exchange and return policy.

9. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة الصحية وطبيعة المنتجات الغذائية، لا تُقبل عمليات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال للحالات التالية:

  • العبوات التي تم فتحها أو كسر ختمها الأصلي
  • المنتجات التي مضى على استلامها المدة المحددة في سياسة الاسترجاع
  • المنتجات التي ظهرت عليها علامات تلف ناتجة عن سوء التخزين من قبل العميل

يُستثنى من ذلك وجود عيب مصنعي واضح أو خطأ من المتجر في الشحن (منتج تالف، منتهي الصلاحية، أو مختلف عن الطلب)، حيث يحق للعميل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لإيجاد الحل المناسب.

10. العروض والتخفيضات

Products included in offers and discounts are subject to the terms of offer specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise noted, some discounted products may accept returns or exchanges in the event of a manufacturing defect or store error.

11. حقوق الملكية

All content posted on the Site, including images, text, designs, logos, and presentation, is the property of the Store or its owners, and may not be copied, used, or republished without prior consent.

12. الاستخدام غير المشروع

It is forbidden to use the Website for any illegal or fraudulent purpose, attempt to disrupt the Website, misuse its services, or enter incorrect data with the intention of harming the Store or customers.

13. تحديد المسؤولية

يبذل المتجر جهده لضمان دقة المعلومات وجودة المنتج، إلا أنه لا يضمن خلو الموقع من الأخطاء التقنية أو الانقطاعات المؤقتة. ولا يتحمل المتجر أي خسائر غير مباشرة تنتج عن استخدام الموقع أو التأخير الخارج عن إرادته، أو عن سوء استخدام العميل للمنتج بما يخالف التعليمات الموضحة على العبوة.

14. تعديل الشروط

The Store has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon posting on the Site, and continued use of the Site after the amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
